These fellas may be short and abrupt with customers but they will get you the part faster and cheaper than anyone else in Ireland. Just ignore the customer interaction and concentrate on getting what you want

Shocking service. Called a few times, calls were answered very rudely and they had hung up each time before I finished giving my order. Don’t use!

They had replacement parts 24 hrs ago and the following day no parts (can't be many in the country looking for what I was looking for!), phone slammed down (no chance to engage with the the man)!!!

Busy or not busy customer service should be a key business objective, go to the next man if it costs you a few Euros more

This company are so rude to their customers it is untrue. Its such a shame because the parts they sell are good. Never ever pay this company in advance unless you can use your card to get a refund. We purchased some goods to be delivered to ourselves in the UK and after paying the expensive carriage charge in advance at the point of sale DHL then requested another import charge. In my opinion this should have been charged at the point of sale and then we wouldn’t have proceeded with the order. Now we are left with either paying this charge or further charges to return the items. We are out of pocket as we paid for the items in advance. The attitude towards this from John Conaty is disgusting and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them and I certainly never will again

Ordered 2 different items both the correct part number on the website and the description but received the wrong parts they refunded the cost of the items but are refusing to refund the delivery cost saying I ordered the wrong part, I used a different site ordered the exact same part numbers and got the right items, I'd understand maybe 1 wrong part but for the whole order to be wrong is very odd. You'd think they'd be doing everything they can to make things right but they aren't.
See the photos for the wrong chain assemblies and the glass they sent had the part number for the old style cab glass on the site they sent the new style which is a completely different shape
