Travelled 90 min yesterday up to conatys yesterday to collect 2.similar 38 inch rims that i was told on the phone after a hang up was in good condition.he sent me down to the yard and had to wait 10 min for someone to come to me.the 2 men who i cant fault and looked on edge abit took down the rims with a jcb.one rim was good and the other well rusted and wasnt the same size which i pointed out with a measureing tape. I decided to look around to see if i could find another one.the two lads went off to load up parts for 2 other customers that came down after me which i didnt mind. When one of them returned 15 min later i said to them id bring the good rim to which he replied" conaty wont sell it to you now".id said to him "you canot be serious ".to which he replied."i dont know what wrong with him today we shortstaffed". I felt like going into the office and telling what i tought of him but i said what the point so i got in jeep and headed 90 min down the road.empty handed.disgraceful behaviour.i heard lots about his behaviour before i went up but to enperience personally is another thing.needs professional help.no stars here

The most ignorant man ever experienced. Mumbled on phone and hung up, not willing to offer any help. Too busy for his customers. I never usually leave reviews but It was so bad that went to the effort of logging into my google account to which I had to reset the password.
