Just got my first oil change on my new to me Audi. Also got a new battery for my key fob. Bob at MF couldn't be more helpful and explained everything. They weren't pushy and didn't insult my intelligence like so many other auto repair places. Their prices were very fair and the best that I found when shopping around. This place was amazing and did excellent work on my 2008 GTI,  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for anyone that has a Volkswagen Audi or a Porsche, Wes at the front desk was GREAT in keeping me in the loop on my car and before anything was done I told before hand, Thank you MF Automotive for the outstanding workmanship !!!!!!

I’m a fan of MF auto. For years I have trusted their knowledge of the vw vehicles. They always explain everything in detail and they also take pictures to show and tell what needs to be done and what has been done. Honestly I would never dream of taking my vw bug to another company. These MFer’s know their stuff. Great people. Great quality service at a reasonable price. I so very highly recommend.

I strongly advise against visiting this shop. I brought my car in for a specific issue, but instead of diagnosing or fixing the actual problem, they charged me for a completely unrelated service that wasn’t necessary. As a result, the original issue was never resolved.

When I returned for a second visit, they attempted to charge me again for something else entirely unrelated to the original issue. At that point, I decided to take my car to another mechanic for a second opinion, and they immediately identified the real problem a simple fix that should have been caught the first time.

To make matters worse, the second shop also pointed out that parts of my car weren’t even reassembled properly after the first visit. This was completely unprofessional and careless. As a result, I ended up paying twice and still had to deal with sloppy work. I strongly advise against visiting this shop at all costs.
