Flat bed trailer

The trailer is rated for 750kg as seen from the stamp and has no breaks fitted , I’m told you can tow it with a car licence , It was bought 9 months ago and was only ever used for light work . The lights t working perfectly and the tyres are like new . The only reason I’m selling is that I have no work for it and I bought a plant trailer instead €1700 cash or plus 23% vat . collection only , A vat invoice can be provided.
