I've bought two plant trailers off byrnes now. Both nugents the last one had a recall to modify hubs which is a minor thing that happens in manufacturing but byrnes collected and dropped the trailer back to me all within 36 hours. And I'm sure if I asked for a loaner while I was without my trailer they would of happily obliged. 10/10 service wouldn't even consider pricing or going anywhere else.
