We recently got a modular home from Rayco and weβre really happy with it. From the first time we went to see the showhouse, everything just felt straightforward and easy to understand. The quality is what stood out the most. It doesnβt feel like a typical modular at all β more like a proper house inside. The finish is very clean and the place is warm and well insulated. The whole process was smooth as well. The team kept us in the loop the whole way through and delivered exactly what they said they would. Overall, very positive experience. If youβre thinking about going down the modular route, definitely worth going to see what Rayco are doing.

We got a 3 bed from Rayco a few months ago and itβs been brilliant so far. House is very warm and solid, not like what youβd expect from a modular. Went to the showhouse first and that made the decision easy. What you see is what you get. No issues at all with the process, everything done on time. Would recommend.

Have to say Rayco Group you did a fantastic job π so happy with the end product. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of going down the route of modular then speak to Ray at Rayco Group. From the very first phone call Ray was so helpful and efficient with any questions we had, any extras that we required, they were no problem at all. The installation team led by Tommy were outstanding, Brito and his crew were so helpful and easy to deal with. Overall extremely happy, now the fun starts with furnishing and the finishing touches π
