MAN 8.163 Horsebox for sale

Due to retirement from competition this well maintained and appointed horse box is for sale. The lorry comes with an MOT up till November 26, it starts instantly and runs very well. Currently this box is being used for carriage driving and it has another side partition giving the ability to house 2 horses or ponies all 3 partitions are fully interchangeable and movable along the backwall. The box is sold with the harness and saddle racks and the front rug racking without contents. The 2 bins and the fire extinguisher and provision for securely holding a pair of carriage shafts these are all included in the sale. The rear wall contains a table and 4 chairs all stowed as seen plus a bracket to hold the groom’s carriage seat. There is also a container for the winch battery and the electric winch which can be moved in various places along the wall. There is a lockable side sliding tray for an electric generator [generator not included] The personnel door is lockable. It has a full fixed rubber mat floor. The lockable side locker contains provision for a spare gas bottle [not included] and the skirts within the cupboard which attach all around the side stabling if required have no rips or tears and are quickly fitted. There is a shock-link for towing a caravan or trailer and the electrics for the trailer are converted to 12 volts and all working. Up above the trailer electrics there is a flap containing the side stabling partitions poles and centre adjustable support pole You will note the provision for carried water of 200 litres and the spare tyre stowage with a lifting mechanism. The hinged side stabling lifts-up and has an extending sliding roof section inside. Contained, within the 2 hinged covered side doors are the front gates of the stalls. Broadly this gives 2 secure stalls. The lorry is also supplied with 2 stable mats. The lorry is in good condition throughout and has always been stored inside.
