7.5t Automatic Horse Lorry - 2005 Mercedes 814 Vario. Full years MOT. Compact, easy to drive and so reliable. These lorry's go on forever. (Used by Education Authority as school bus, library bus and by health trusts as mini buses) Full years PSV (flew through its test!!) I go everywhere on my own and this lorry is so practical and safe and easy. 173k miles on clock. Last owner had it for 10yrs, I have had it for 1yr. Its always been a ladies lorry. Only selling as we are in the fortunate position to be able to upgrade. Good Bits: Cab: Automatic (so easy to drive) Starts first time every time, never gives any bother 173k on clock Electric windows Camera to horse area Super warm cab with heating that actually works Battery isolator in cab (so you dont forget to use it!) Regularly serviced and well maintained Horse section: Stalled for two horses herringbone with plenty of space Takes my 16.1hh mare with no issue Electric ramp with new ram fitted Solid ramp, non slip, fairly new. Good solid floor Roomy, clean and robust Fan to horse area in working order Living: Seperate tack room (could easily be used as a toilet too) Two saddle racks Collapsible table Kitchen units, under seat storage, Luton with bed Sink, tap and water pump all working Lights to living and Horse area all working Plenty of room Bad bits Body work has a little rust in places and shows some signs of age Cab has a few wee broken plastic bits around dash / glove compartment. Easy fix im sure, I just havent ever bothered. Everything works. Luton has had a leak at some point. This has been repaired and it no longer leaks however, it could do with a wee tidy up cosmetically One of the lockers in the lower side panel doesnt open. But again I havent even tried to fix this as I dont use it A very honest sale, of a straight lorry.
