We were looking to get a modular dwelling however the reviews here are full of reviews about car restoration. This is confusing and misleading and affecting your credibility. If car restoration is a separate company can you not remove the other reviews?

Nightmare of a crowd to deal with.
€5500 to blast, zinc prime and spray underbody of my motorhome. €1000 of which was billed to strip down parts in preparation for spraying.
Bumper and bonnet had overspray along with paint dripping around lights ect on front bumper.
Powder coated wheels I had just had done in Carlow were all marked and scraped from presumably being left on concrete floor. The auto side step was covered with paint, also paint footprints on the floor inside the rear of the motorhome. Spare wheel was left in place under the motorhome and they sprayed around it. The support stays that hold the plastic side trim along the length of the vehicle had been left disconnected causing cracks in plastic and side lamps on the journey home. Absolute joke

My experience with Rayco Group has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the details to save others from the colossal headache I've endured. This review reflects the utter lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic competence displayed by this company.

From the beginning, the communication was abysmal. They initially quoted me €8,000 for chassis repairs, only to blindside me later with an outrageous demand of €12,000 plus VAT. When I rightfully questioned this 50% increase, they responded with unapologetic arrogance, essentially telling me to accept it or leave.

Not only did they fail to honor our agreed-upon quote, but the quality of their work was shockingly subpar. After retrieving my car, it broke down within a mile, and a subsequent inspection by a reputable mechanic in Cork revealed a significant issue with one of the pistons. The photos provided by this mechanic showcased the shoddy workmanship that Rayco Group had subjected my vehicle to.

What's even more infuriating is that they had the audacity to make me foot the bill for their incompetence. It's beyond belief that I had to take charge and repair my car's engine myself, despite the fact that it ran flawlessly before their disastrous intervention.

In addition to their incompetence, they exhibited a complete lack of accountability. They refused to acknowledge their blatant attempt to overcharge me and laughed in the face of professionalism by making me pay for their mistakes.

To anyone considering Rayco Group's services, I implore you to steer clear. Save yourself the stress, the financial burden, and the inevitable frustration that comes with dealing with a company that operates with such blatant disregard for its customers. There are countless reputable options out there—Rayco Group is not one of them.
