Buying a vehicle

Established in 1997, Shaw Commercials offers a high-quality service to all operators of Commercial Vehicles.

Mick Shaw, proprietor of Shaw Commercials in Castlebar, County Mayo and Station Road, Oranmore, Co Galway, has built his business into one of the premier commercial vehicle sales, hire and repair centres in Ireland. Shaw Commercials is the first port of call for many of the leading; truck, van and bus operators in the West of Ireland.

In recent years, Shaw Commercials has been awarded the Renault Truck Approved Dealership for the West of Ireland giving their customers access to the award-winning range of Renault HGVs and LGVs. Some of the biggest names in Irish haulage and fleet operators now carry the name of Shaw Commercials having availed of the many services offered by the company.

Another rapidly growing addition to Shaw Commercials client services is contract hire for its entire range including vans, 4x4 Vehicles, buses, trucks and refrigerated trailers.

Small repair needed on trailer. Arrived and man put on job straight away. Back on road without undue delay

Had to call tow truck were there in no time driver a offaly man a pure gent👍👍

Got a breakdown Monday on the N5 Rang the office and spoke to a very helpful young lady who dispatched a young man named Alan who worked late into the night to get my lorry going I found it excellent service all round from the company. Many thanks

Got my Renault master tester there bit of a list on it the tester recommended to go to Molloy Commercials for the repairs
The lads In molloys get it sorter back in the retest all sorted

Very very disappointed!
My son drove all the way down from Clifden - 1.5 hrs - for an appointment at 3.15.
He mistakenly thought it was 3:30 so he was 15 minutes late with August bank holiday traffic on the roads.
They completely refused to perform the DOE.
We offered to pay the technician extra to stay the extra 15 minutes but the woman on the switch point blank refused to even pass on the message.
There was no flexibility.
She had no pity or consideration for him having made a 3 hr round trip for nothing.
She was sadly lacking in empathy.
We run a business. We live in a small town. And we bend over backwards to accommodate our clients.
Sadly the same cannot be said for Shaw Commercials.
