Buying a Vehicle

The only reason I attend NI Trucks is because my employer is contracted to use them.
On occasion the service reception staff are churlish & unhelpful, and on others almost helpful, depending on who is on the desk.
On some occasions one has even been pleasant and professional.
My main issue is the number of times vehicles have to be returned to get the same issue fixed or are returned with new issues that weren’t there when they went in.
