FINLUX 24'' LED TV with built-in DVD player faulty

FINLUX 24'' LED TV with built-in DVD player. Visually in perfect condition, matrix not scratched in any way. The TV doesn't turn on, most probably it needs new power board (not a big job for someone who deals with TVs, or the screen and parts can be used in different TV). It hasn't been turned on for months, but it was connected to the socket all the time. One day the standby red LED was gone, and TV never turned on again. Before that it was working like a gem.
