Excellent experience at Hiro Imports. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. He explained a lot of useful information, gave me great advice about insurance and getting started, and was genuinely helpful throughout. It felt more like chatting with someone who wanted to help than being sold something. Great customer service, plenty of knowledge, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I'd highly recommend Hiro Imports to anyone looking for a bike or advice.
