1986 Yamaha YZ80 - Fully Restored

This 1986 Yamaha YZ80 has been fully restored from front to back, everything on the bike has been stripped down to its bare bones to bring it to its beautiful condition seen today. Where possible and available, genuine Yamaha parts have been used. - Powdercoated frame, hubs, spring, exhaust, fork lowers, triple clamps etc. - Engine rebuilt with new piston and rings, all new bearings, seals and gaskets. - New rims, re-zinced spokes, new bearings and powder coated hubs. Brand new Maxxis tyres and tubes. - Brand new tank and plastics kit from DC Plastics. - Brand new decal kit. - Brand new seat cover kit. - Brand new front brake system and NOS disc. - Brand new chain and sprocket set. Lots of NOS parts fitted like - clutch perch and lever kit, footrests and gear lever, grips, nuts/bolts/screws. The bike is running off an auxiliary fuel tank, no fuel added to the new fuel tank yet. It runs beautifully and sounds great. Perfect as a display piece in an office or shed etc as it doesn’t take up too much space and looks the part. Not bad for a 39 year old motocross bike. I guarantee you won’t find a cleaner example here in Ireland. Will not respond to silly low offers.
