Vehicle Overview
Description
Of course! The 1983 Kawasaki KZ1000P (P-series) was a legendary police motorcycle, famous for its rugged reliability and performance. It was a staple of American law enforcement for years and often associated with the TV show CHiPs (though the bikes in the show were earlier C-series models, the KZ1000 legacy is the same). The Kawasaki KZ1000P has defined the American police motorcycle for over a decade. For 1983, we deliver the same no-compromise performance built for the demands of continuous patrol, high-speed pursuit, and VIP escort. Features Built for Law Enforcement: 998cc DOHC In-Line Four Engine: Instantaneous, air-cooled power that is tough enough for the beat and fast enough for the chase. Forget hesitation—this engine responds instantly. Heavy-Duty Generating System: Built-in capacity to power essential communications, radar, and the all-new electronic siren and pursuit lights, ensuring your systems never fade when you need them most. Distinctive Fiberglass Fairing: Offering superior wind protection and housing the forward-facing pursuit lamps, the KZP fairing is now the most identifiable symbol of motorcycle patrol in America. This is an excellent example Comes fully serviced Working police lights Ready to go Classic Bikes DublinD12EV97 Trade in welcome Classic Bikes Dublin D12EV97 Phone Eugene on 0866540188

I had an excellent experience with Eugene from Classic Bikes this week. Spotted a bike they had in stock that I was interested in, rang Eugene and we discussed everything over the phone. He offered me a fair value on my bike as a trade in and we had the whole thing finalised in a couple of hours. As I'm in Cork, I bought the bike unseen, and I couldn't have been happier when it arrived in Cork by a courier recommended by Eugene. Bike was exactly as described, great condition. No hesitation recommending Classic Bikes. Fair, honest lads.
