Suzuki GT 250 X 7 Original RARE Bike 1980

Here is a Nice Original Example of a Rare Two stroke Classic Suzuki GT 250 X7 made Rarer again with it having the Spoke wheels Fitted from New. The Bike is a 1980 model which Luckily has spent its Life in a Dry European Environment until Now Hence the Great Original Un Restored Condition it Presents itself in and The Chrome Work is in Excellant condition for a 46 year OLD Bike. We got very small numbers of these X7 's here in Ireland as the UK market took them as you could get one on your First licence at 16 in the UK and then the Saudis bought all the Used bikes for Street racing so Not Many left. The bike had stood for many years and my mechanic has just cleaned the carbs,New plugs and air filter and checked the Oil pump before Firing it back into Life and it Sounds Lovely and Crisp like a 1980's Two stroke should. I fitted a New battery and all the Electrics are Working perfectly. I would recommend that a Good General Checkover be carried Out before any long joutneys So no you will Not be Driving it home. It comes with the Original Suzuki Key and all the European paperwork to register it here which is Free as Vintage over 30 years Old and will be €26 annual Road Tax. All the paint work is Original But there is a slight dent on the left lower side of the tank so if you wanted it showroom then the tank should be Re painted But it is Quiet Presentable As Is and would be Ideal for Classic Bike runs and Summer shows.as you will see Plenty of Yamaha RD's but Not many or any of these similar X7's so it is Nice to be different.
