I was first speaking with Rob and everything was going well from the beginning. Then Gabriel took over and honestly made things even easier.

He helped me a lot, both over messages and when I went into the shop. Super easy to deal with, no pressure, just straight and helpful.

I rang their shop on Wexford st and was answered by Gabriel. I was looking for a replacement part for my helmet. Gabriel informed me that he would have to check in his shop or their other shop to see if one was available, and said he would ring back. 5 minutes later he rang back and said that he had what I was looking for and that I could collect it when I passing.
