Vehicle Overview
Description
Find us at deanemotors.ie As a lady or gentleman of significant wealth and impeccable taste in 1930’s London, nothing would do but a Rolls Royce. This truly magnificent motor car is a 1939 Rolls Royce Wraith and still has more style and presence 86 years on than most cars could ever hope for. First registered on July 29th 1939 with a body from Park Ward Coachwork of 40 Conduit Street, London (right next to Saville Row) and supplied by Jack Barclay at a cost of £9,087, this Wraith was beautifully specified and its original build sheet is still present with the car today. The voluptuous two-tone bodywork with its hand-paint pinstripes, iconic grill and double “suicide doors” is bettered only by its sensational interior with acres of walnut trim, sumptuous leather seats, sunroof, glass partition, and beautiful details wherever you look. The car underwent an extensive restoration in 1996 at a cost of over £48k and its quality is evident as the car still presents beautifully today with the exception of some slight patina here and there. Although designed as a car to be driven in, rather than drive, the experience behind the wheel is incredible. The view out over the long bonnet, the manual gear change by the driver’s door and the smooth delivery of the 4.3 straight-six all make for an intoxicating drive. Presented with a huge history file including period correspondence with Rolls Royce, this Wraith is a truly remarkable example of what Rolls Royce stands for and represents excellent value for money. **Viewing strictly by appointment. All cars supplied with valid NCT where appropriate.**

Recently purchased my M4 from Simon and he was a pleasure to deal with from day one. After delivery there were some minor issues with the car, which were unknown to Simon and his Team, but he took the car back and fixed everything. He even provided a loan car to keep me on the road for a few days. As above, a pleasure to deal with and I can’t wait to do business with them again soon. Also a quick shout out to Simon Walsh who was so helpful throughout.

Superb service from start to finish with Simon. Came down to cork to collect my car and had it sold within a few weeks, and got a great deal. All communication was open and transparent. Would highly recommend and will use in future.

I’ve bought already 3 cars from Simon and Simon - such a stunning selection of cars for nearly any budget, and more importantly amazing after sale customer care. All 3 cars were in great condition with low mileage, ready to go to any car show. The latest one - Mercedes w201 has only 78k km (less than 50k miles!) in its 34 years, what a find by Simon and team! I had a small mechanical issue with one of the cars after the purchase - we arranged a repair and I was immediately provided with a replacement car (a wonderful experience on its own - a powerful beast with 250 bhp!). Was receiving updates on the repair and timing along the way in text messages, which was really nice. Always feeling welcomed and respected even buying comparatively cheaper cars. I could really feel their love to cars, knowledge and professionalism. I will for sure be back again and trade in for the next car!
