1959 Austin Healey Sprite Mk1

FOR SALE: 1959 AUSTIN HEALEY SPRITE MK1 (frogeye) AN5L29261 in excellent condition. This beautiful Austin Healey Sprite Mark1 (frogeye) in Old English White was built on 8/9 December 1959, as a left-hand drive North American export model. The car was shipped to the California dealer on 22 December 1959. I acquired it via Denmark where it had been in a 24-year long-term Danish ownership. It has been restored to a high standard in keeping with its originality and is in excellent condition with extra security features. Under the steel bonnet is the original 948cc engine. Mileage 29.9k. (kilometres 46.6k) This is a matching numbers car. During my ownership it was kept covered in a clean, humidified garage, only driven in dry weather. It comes with sliding side screens, a soft top and tonneau cover. It is fitted with five spoked chrome wire wheels and also included are the five steel wheels with AH hub caps. It has a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate, a large history file and photographs of the restoration. Other extras include the original Californian number plate, an indoor dust cover, and an all weather cover, seat belts, period radio, luggage rack & picnic basket! Regrettably selling due to my reduced mobility.
