1959 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Roadster

An absolutely beautiful Mercedes-Benz 300SL Roadster from 1959 that retains its original exterior colour of Black / Schwarz 40. First delivery on September 16th 1959 to Mercedes-Benz Great Britain, making it a rare and sought-after European first delivery vehicle. Between 2009 and 2010 an extensive partial restoration was carried out with invoices in file totalling over $250,000. The history file contains the original order sheet, UK service invoices and MOT’s up to 2009. From 2009 to 2014 the car was in the USA where partial restoration was carried out. In 2015 it was imported to Ireland and has remained with the current owner for the last 11 years.
