1969 Dodge A108 American Van from the Southern USA

1969 Dodge A108 American Van now here from the USA and in Kilbeggan. I had an opportunity to have a good look at it at the weekend. Ok it's a bit battered but it's amazingly solid. In better shape than the red one I had. The underneath is whistle clean with paint still on the underside. There is no rust in the door bottoms or edges. All the structural areas like the floors, chassis (these are unibody vans), roof & roof gutters, window openings are all very good. Some rust in driver's floorboards however - probably from wet feet more than anything. All the glass is good. These vans are getting very sought after now, there is only 1 in Ireland (the red one), 2 in the UK and only a small handful across in mainland Europe. Be different! I have the correct 'doghouse' engine cover box and the engine cover lid that will go with the van. I also have a set of blue Dodge van seats which can go with it. I have a set of new light lenses, light bezels and a new set of locks with keys that will go with the van. It is a manual transmission van and has no engine, but does have a gearbox and driveshaft. I do know where there is a Dodge 318 V8 and Torqueflite automatic transmission for it which will be the ideal drivetrain for it. Big slot mag alloys with a deep dish on the rear which have cleaned up ok and will polish up even better and decent white letter tyres fitted. Is sold all EU import taxes paid with a good clean Texas title. The last 2 pics are NOT this van but what the van could look like done - painted or leave the patina and add a drivetrain of your choice.
