 Offered for sale is this stunning 1978 Morgan 4/4 1600 presented in Old English White. This example has just one previous owner and is in immaculate condition. It is powered by the iconic Ford Kent Crossflow engine, which is in perfect condition after the car's recent major service. Purchased new by an Italian student at Oxford University in 1978, it was his daily driver for four years before being exported to Italy, as he was so fond of the car. It then spent the majority of its life in Italy. It can be registered on either a 1978 'D' (Dublin) number plate, or on a ZV plate (denoting a vintage car, over 30 years old). It comes with an extensive service history. Its recent major service included several thousand Euro being spent, with all necessary work being carried out, all of which is fully documented. The work was carried out by a renowned workshop which specialises in older vehicles, and invoices are available on request. It is paired with all of its original accessories, including a leather bonnet strap, mats, leather folding and removable roof, leather rear-parcel shelf cover, leather full-cockpit cover, removable doors/windows, rear luggage mount and large leather briefcase with fittings. It has been fitted with a hidden but convenient battery on/off switch, ensuring maximum ease of use.
