Bmw 3 series e36 needs work

Here is my saloon bmw e36 318is 1.9 twincam Running gear came from a low mileage 1998 model including diff and rear discs, full black leather and rear sun blind, sunroof model. 1991 regrettably selling but realise I will never get around to it now as too many projects Have owned the car over 20 years and was beautiful in it prime. Following jobs are what needs doing Head gasket gone, still starts and drives and comes with a low mileage replacement engine to fit. Rear drivers arch damaged from a trailer. The only rust on the car is the rear panel but I have a complete good rear end with it to repair
