Citroen CX 1986 2.2 TRS - NCT exempt 2026

Very presentable 40 year old Citroen CX 2.2 TRS Douvran engine with Diravi self-centering steering, (also used in the SM). 76 thousand miles, new clutch and timing belt fitted at 61500 miles. In the last few weeks new Hydraulic pump fitted, gear-box oil changed and rocker head painted, It is a good, everyday, driving classic Citroen . Car is driving great and is well able to keep up with motorway traffic. The car was originally from Staffordshire and was imported in 2011. All taxes paid. NCT to 25 March 2026 after which the car is NCT exempt. Tax is 56euro per year and is valid to end of Jan 2026. Classic car insurance is 250 on average per year.. Exterior of the car is very good with one or two age related nicks. Tyres are good too. Interior is in very good condition, with very comfortable seating. Roof lining is very good with no sagging. The car is eligible for a "ZV" number plate but I preferred to leave it on the "86" plate. This car is very rare now on Irish roads.
