Beautiful Right Hand Drive Ferrari 308 GTSi. With only 35978 miles from new. First ordered on the 4th of September 1981, through Maranello Concessionaires Limited in Surrey. The most stunning colour of Argento Auteuil, with black interior, and Factory fitted optional extras such as. Air Conditioning, TRX 16’’ wheels, Deep front spoiler, Fog Lights. I purchased the car from Foskers in Kent in 2012, who are the oldest independent Ferrari dealer in the UK. I have always maintained the car to the highest standards. But over the last 18 months, the Car has had over 11K spent on it. This includes a Full Engine out and a Full Gearbox Rebuild. Because of the notorious second synchro issue. So, no more worries on that front. Full service carried out including timing belts, water pump, Thermostat and lots of ancillary work. The engine and gearbox were meticulously cleaned at great expense, while waiting for new parts to arrive and the engine bay cleaned and painted. All receipts available. Also in my ownership, clutch has been replaced, and all the linkages changed. The whole front and rear suspensions have been completely rebuilt. All brake pads have been changed once, and the fluid replaced twice in my ownership. The car has just had a brand-new distributor fitted, along with a full set of plug leads. The front radiator has been rebuilt using a modern double core, but with all the appearance of the original Rad. The seats have been completely reupholstered. This was painstakingly done by a local expert. They are now the most beautiful Italian black Nappa leather. The car has always been dry stored in a heated garage and covered when not in use. It has never been driven in the rain. The car has only done 300km since the gearbox rebuild. I’m in no hurry to sell, and if it doesn’t achieve what it is worth. It will be staying put.
