Mercedes 350 sl

Mercedes 350 sl v8 auto. Finished in beautiful signal red with contrasting two tone tan leather interior with matching trim and over mats and nice upgrade Mercedes wood steering wheel . The mohair convertible hood is in perfect condition and fits well . The car also comes with a matching hard roof which is also in perfect condition. The body work is very good with good panel gaps all round and really nice paint finish . The chrome is good with no dents or pitting . Wheel arches , boot floor , valances are in very solid condition as are the strut mounts. This car has been in dry storage when not in use. Currently the car is in storage and has been used very little recently so could do with a service and tune up. I did have the car out a few weeks ago and drove it 50miles without issues and it drove well There are some small issues that need addressing , drivers window slow going up and down but working, Mexican hat alloys could do with repainting , but all round a good honest car and looking fantastic considering it’s almost 50 years old . I have tried to describe the car as accurately as i can . Four new tyres fitted last month NCT exempt , €58 p/a road tax and classic Insurance May part exchange for other classic car but no swaps Definitely a car worth viewing .
