Mercedes-Benz 300 1990, excellent condtion, NCT

Mercedes-Benz 300 R129 1990, taxed and NCT R129 SL300 in a lovely colour combination and in very good condition with 124k and driving really well. The car features some lovely upgrades which really set the car apart, very nice interior with mahogany steering wheel and wooden gear knob, upgraded 18” monoblocks with new tyres, sport exhaust which really enhances the 6 clyinder sound track. Overall in excellent condition with hardtop and soft top is in excellent condition with clear Perspex windows and the roof operating well. Reluctant sale but as I have no space and hardly get to use the car so it is time to move it on to another enthusiast. The car benefits from considerable investment by me in the last 18 months with local specialist to bring it up to an excellent mechanical standard and many of the common R129 issues fixed with work including:- • Fitment of 2 new fuel pumps (both now replaced), • New pulley dampner • New Fuel pump just fitted • Roof module replacement • Full service, oils, belts etc • Gearbox service • Battery drain resolved • New fuel regulator • New Heater Blower (common failure on these cars) • Seat switch repairs • and other small issues resolved The car has NCT and extensive service history and comes complete with two keys. The paint work is generally in excellent condition as can be seen in the photos. The AMG Alloys were refurbished and new premium tyres fitted again at considerable cost. The car has plenty of power, with very smooth gear changes and nice rorty sound from the sports exhaust.
