MG MGB 1978

MG Roadster - Fantastic turn key classic that I would not hesitate to drive any ware in. I purchased this car in Aug 2016 from the UK with some history, MOT's going back to 2010 and various invoices for work carried out. The car has had all the body panel work with replacement wings, sills, jacking points and floors. I found this out when I replaced the carpets. The care is solid, I then went about upgrading Engine @ over 6k with receipts from Cork Engine Centre. It is modified and rebuilt up to modern standers with electronic ignition, new starter and alternator. Clutch replaced as was the MG-Moss Ford Sierra Type 9 gearbox conversion fitted. This is a superb fit for the care at a cost of over 2k for the parts alone. I fitted spinners to mate with the wire wheels, new with tyres. the whole underside of the car was stripped back before re sealing and re building with new GAZ suspension, rear springs and all Polly bushes totaling over 1.5k. The car rides smooth on the Irish roads and keeps up with modern day traffic with ease. My next plan was to go for a full respray and chrome bumper upgrade to fully complete the car. Work, Too many hobbies and life in general has prompted me to see if anyone has an interest to take over ownership of this car. Remember she's 47 years old, but she's been a joy to own.
