Porsche 911 2.7 S - Rare

I am selling this car by Auction on ebay (auction number: 146810893216) . It is located in Co Clare. No tyre kickers or timewasters, genuine interest only. Rare 1975 RHD Sportmatic Porsche 911 2.7 S Sold by Coys of Kensington in 2003, this car has sat unused in a heated garage ever since. This is an original example, finished in in the great period shade of Crystal Green with a full black leather interior and electric sunroof. The speedometer is showing 18,533 miles, but given the extensive service history, it must be accepted that it has “gone around the clock” at least once. Lefthand headlight is missing because I lent it to a friend for their car and they never replaced it! The car was supplied new in 1975 by authorised dealer Charles Follet of Mayfair, London who maintained the vehicle until 1980 and after that it was maintained by Specialist Charles Ivey. Original service book and extensive maintenance receipts, old MOTs etc are included. The Sportmatic was a precursor to the excellent Tiptronic gearbox that gave the driver the ability to switch quickly from auto mode to sport mode by changing down the gears in a conventional manner without having to use a clutch. Most Porsche 2.7S Sportmatics from this era were destined for the US Market, so it is indeed very rare to find an original RHD UK Car, fitted with the desirable Sportmatic option. 1975 Porsche 2.7 S Sportmatics in concourse condition are selling today for in excess of £85,000. This car is not in concourse condition, as mentioned it has not been driven in over 20 years and like any car standing for a long period of time, it will need to be recommissioned before driving, I do not have the time to do this, so while the car is being sold in good faith, it is sold as is with no warranty given nor implied and the onus being on any potential buyer to satisfy themselves the condition of the car.
