Bought my dream car, a Jaguar XK (X150) 4.2 V8, from Harford Motor Company. The whole experience was top class from start to finish. Mark was an absolute gentleman. Friendly, no pressure and genuinely helpful. He let me take the car for a test drive (which sealed the deal) and included a 3-month engine and gearbox warranty. 2 months in, a coolant pipe decided to burst on me, not ideal! But true to his word, Mark covered the repair cost without any fuss. No runaround, no excuses – just sorted! That kind of integrity is rare in the car game. Overall, the car is a true masterpiece and is running great with no other issues and I'm very happy with the choice I've made and for choosing Harford Motor Company. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade… maybe for an Aston Martin next time? Who knows 😎 Thanks again Mark! A pleasure doing business with you!

Although my budget was quite limited, I found a nice Honda Civic estate that I felt ticked all the boxes for me. Mark arranged for me to call for a test drive and to consider a trade-in. Unfortunately my big legs prevented me from proceeding with the purchase but even though I didn't buy a car, I wanted to leave a review that might give others confidence in buying a car from a genuine trustworthy dealer. They stood out a mile from other dealers. From the moment I arrived there was no pressure tactics. Mark gave me the key to examine and test drive the car at my own leisure while he considered my trade-in. He then offered me an extremely fair price for my car as a trade-in. When I informed him that I wouldn't be purchasing the vehicle because it didn't quite fit, he completely understood and did not pressure me into re-considering or try to pressure-sell me another vehicle. I have been to quite a few dealers who were trying to offer me very little money for my trade-in and when I said it was too low they put pressure on me to accept it, or other salesmen who tried to talk me into buying cars outside my budget even when I explained I couldn't afford it because of huge medical expenses for my current health issue. But Mark did not once put any kind of pressure on me. He restored my faith in car dealers and it's unfortunate I didn't get to finalise a purchase there with him. He even took the time to show me and explain the history of some of the classic vehicles he had in his showroom, even though he knew I wouldn't be purchasing them. Overall, the feeling I got was that it is a dealership that offers a genuinely customer-focused, relaxed and professional service. Mark is a credit to his industry. I hope this will convince others that there are genuine car dealers out there and to consider checking them out when looking for a vehicle.
