Series Three Land Rover 88

For Sale, my 1980 Series Three Land Rover 88" I purchased this as a daily driver in 2012 and used it as such and more for seven years. Receational use until Covid, hasn't been used significantly since. In 2019, I had the engine checked and serviced in preperation to move it onto a new chassis and rebuild it; didn't quite get to it and then Covid put a stop to it all. It's a 2.25 petrol engine, much quieter then the diesel and has an overdrive fitted. It has free wheeling hubs on the front. I replaced the two front seats in the front when I got it and these are still in excellent condition. I also purchased and fitted two benches for the back, one is still fitted but both are included, with seatbelts. I purchased a stainless steel exaust system with the intent of fitting it when the chassis was changed, this is also included. Included in the sale: New Battery. (fitted) Stainless steel exaust system. Differential protection. Two bench seats, with seatbelts. Additional deluxe bonnet, with wheel-well. (Blue) Tailgate. (Blue) Spare wheel and tyre. New mirrors, mirror arms and a heap of additional spares/replacements. Also included is 70-80 issues of Classic Land Rover and a few other magizines. I still have the skirts and plates as well as a spare whell carrier and side-steps that were on the vehicle when I bought it, all included. There are signs of rust on the chassis and bulkhead but they're salvagable. In short a little bit of investment and work and this will be an excellent vehicle.
