Triumph Stag 1973

Triumph Stag 1973 Mk2 Manual with overdrive Original 3L V8 engine with 66,795 miles Classic Magenta colour Walnut Dashboard (same colour as James May has: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLrJrUpyDZg) :-) Recently serviced Car is running well Body in good condition. Restored ( in early 90’s) with new panels & bare metal re-spray, and wax-oiled underneath. Dry stored since. Recent work includes - Alloys refurbished (including spare) - New Battery - New Fuel pump, filter, and hoses - New Steering Rack and oil - Carbs serviced - New Spark plugs (and Timing checked) - Engine oil and filter - Underbody wax oiled Previously fully serviced in 2005 at 65,692 Miles including: - Brakes Serviced (pads, calipers, hoses, etc) - Engine oil, Fuel filter, new alternator belt - New radiator - Electric starter fitted Family owned since 1989. Car is on a ZV plate (imported from UK in 2005) Please remember that this car is over 50 years old. This is a solid Triumph Stag, but not a concourse. It has a few small ‘Storage’ scratches on the rear panel, the chrome is starting to pit in some places, and it has the original soft top that is in good condition for its age but the rear window is fogged (again due to storage). The original leather seats are in good condition except for split on seam of driver seat. Driver's interior door handle sticks and needs adjustment. Also comes with the original Hard Top (although this was never refurbished). (see pics). Overall, the body is very solid, paint work is polished, the interior is clean, tidy and very original, and the car presents well. It needs only a little TLC and light recommissioning to become a really lovely example of this increasingly desirable classic. Price: Offers around €16,950.
