Make and model – Mk1 Golf 1,8 GTI 3 door Tintop with factory option of a webasto sliding roof. Year of registration – First registered on 18th April 1983. The car was originally purchased from Goodliffe Garages Ltd, South Croydon in London , imported into Ireland from NI in 2022. Mileage – Current Mileage is 110,000k Miles, NCT exempt as its over 40 years old. Service history – It has been VW Enthusiast owned since registered in April 1983 having had 13 owners. The car underwent a full restoration in 2008 with a full shell repaint. Interior original and very tidy. In my ownership I have rebuilt the fuel and coolant systems as preventative measures – it’s now a very much sit in and drive anywhere car. The webasto roof and frame were replaced in 2024. I have attended many weekends and shows in Ireland without any faults. I have just recently installed a bluetooth radio with alpine speakers to enjoy the tunes!
