Ransomes TS54A "Robin" 2-Furrow Mounted Plough

€830 O.N.O. Description: For sale is a premium vintage Ransomes TS54A "Robin" 2-furrow mounted plough in exceptionally clean condition. Manufactured in England during the 1950s, this iconic piece of classic farm machinery features a completely straight, original frame with free-moving adjusters and excellent structural integrity. Crucially, the mouldboards are in perfect condition with virtually no wear, and the front body is equipped with an extra/extended toe share—a highly desirable feature for match ploughing to ensure steady ground entry and an immaculate opening furrow. It is configured for Category 1 three-point linkages, serving as a perfect historical partner for tractors like the Ferguson TE20 ("Grey Fergie"), Fordson Dexta, or International B250. The "A" designation indicates the factory-built design optimized for tractor draft control. Please note that one circular disc coulter blade is missing, which has been fairly reflected in the asking price, but the plough remains a remarkably clean, high-spec, and competition-ready example of classic Ransomes craftsmanship. Perfect for immediate vintage match use or a high-end collection. Collection from Co. Laois.
