Vintage 1940/50s 0.5ct Diamond Solitaire Ring 18ct

For sale is a beautiful and simple diamond solitaire ring dating from around the 1940/50s. The ring is set with a round brilliant cut diamond, weighing approx. 0.5ct and held in a four claw corner setting and raised above a nice thick 18ct white gold band. The setting is very simple and very beautiful with the lovely bright diamond full of sparkle and fire. The ring is fully hallmarked 18ct white gold and the finger size is a N 1/2 and can be easily re-sized up or down to suit any finger. A beautiful and very simple diamond solitaire ring. Classic!!
