Welcome to Audi Cork Audi Cork was established on 1st July 2010 following a comprehensive review of the Audi dealer network in Ireland. The objective of this review was to establish a dealer network which would deliver the level of customer care which Audi's customers expect and which Audi is committed and determined to deliver. Audi wished to ensure that Audi dealers are focused on Audi alone which in turn would ensure that all existing and prospective Audi customers would receive the unique Audi customer focused experience. This review concluded that this customer experience could only be delivered by dedicated Audi centres and dedicated and focused Audi staff. Consequently all existing Audi dealerships were closed and new Audi centres established. Audi Cork is one of 10 similiar Audi centres in the Republic. Audi Cork was established out of Blackwater Motors Audi operation in Fermoy. Blackwater Motors own and operate Audi Cork and we have transferred all our existing Audi staff to Audi Cork on the South Douglas road. We in Audi Cork look forward to joining with Audi in delivering premium Audi customer service in Cork City and County. Had my Audi S3 in for major service and haldex service , and I must say the whole process from start to finish was absolutely excellent, really appreciated the full run down of the car in the VHC and the video from the mechanic was very very helpful , will never go anywhere else to get my car worked on , thanks all from the Audi cork service department and mechanic team.

Very disappointed with the service side of Audi today 6.5 hours to change 2 tyres and run diagnostics and have to go back another day to fix the problem that the car was originally booked in for. No courtesy cars for 8 weeks. While the gentleman in service was pleasant and apologetic it really was a fiasco. When booking the slot- because they couldn’t give me a courtesy car I was told my car would be prioritised while I waited and they expected it to be ready in 2 hours. While I expected that the tyres might add a bit extra I didn’t think it would take so long.  Waited from  8am-2.30pm and still not fixed.

The first person I met when I entered the showroom in 2011 was Richard and still to this day I am met with the same warm welcome and response, this goes for every member of the team from the top down. My most recent purchase of a new Audi Q4 e-tron sport 45 just last week was as special of an occasion as the first purchase on new car day back in 2011 thanks to Richard and the team who help prepare the car for handover. My appreciation of this dealership is boosted by having someone so professional and knowledgeable as Aine as the service advisor, who is quite frankly brilliant, accommodating even what my seem like the smallest of requests, but make such a difference. Thanks to all in Audi Sligo.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone doing service with them or if you do make sure what they charge you for and if that was very very in such a need of fixing! Set price done over the  phone and then they try to change it saying different part is now needed when they haven't even looked at the car again.Its a difference between a seal  and a block of part.staff blaming things on each other very bad and some girls at reception desk don't even have a clue. Plenty of people have warned me about them and god they love to make your car as worthless as possible.

I bought my A6 Avant 3 weeks ago, brought home a week ago. I am very happy with service from where I rang the shop at first, through all messages, videos, communication and whole experience when I collected the car. Nick Pym I dealt with was very professional, friendly, communicative, approachable.  I would recommend doing business with Audi Galway team.

I bought a Q4 Etron from Nick Pym this week. He first of all convinced me to travel from Carlingford to Galway to buy a car. He was very professional but not over pushy or making a hard sale. He gave me excellent value with great attention to detail. When I received the car his after sales support by message and video was something I had never experienced before and second to none. I'll be back in 2 to 3 years time and he should be manager by then!
