Ordered a Healtech servo eliminator from their online shop. Great communication, received an email advising me of the waiting time for the part before they processed the order. Got another update to tell me when it was dispatched. Quick turnaround on the order with it arriving well before the expected date. Very happy with the service and would certainly recommend Hourigans. Tommy was the chap I was dealing with, very professional and friendly.

Sent an email regarding the purchase of a €20K motorcycle 5 days ago and not even a response!!! They obviously don't want or need the business.

Very disappointed, contacted shop on four separate occasions over a three day period regarding the purchase of a quad bike.Gentleman I spoke to said he didnt know about same as he worked in the office but he would get someone to ring me ,no one ever rang me back, very unprofessional.

The booking system worked efficiently and easily for the service I needed to have done, and I was greeted by Wellington in the most friendly and happy way when I arrived.

Wellington did the service himself, which was quick and thorough, and he even took care of some extra items I had requested.

Well what can I say an Irish motorcycle retailer that has a good clear concise website WITH prices! They also know people have maxi scooters not just motorcycles! Quick dispatch good communication and use An Post so no "unable to deliver".

Very helpful staff and good selection of new up to date motorcycle clothing. Good selection of motorcycles also. Would have no problem recommending this company.  I will be dealing with them again soon.

Just returned from a guided trip to Morocco. Could not say enough about how fantastic the experience was. Expert but light touch and extremely friendly and helpful guiding from Derek and Tom who went above and beyond in every respect. Amazing and seamless organisation with appropriate flexibility to ensure the perfect balance. Great roads, super accommodation and great crack. Just a pity to have to come home!

AMI is the best in the business. A one stop shop for all adventure bike brands and accessories. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond for you to give you the best customer service they can possibly give it's customers.
