Dropped in to freeman’s for a new back tyre yesterday went for brekkie and it was done when I got back , great service and banter as usual , I have also bought all new gear from them over the summer and after several thousand k I’m delighted with it all , the hjc100 helmet is excellent and the built in visor is a great job , I’ll be back for sure

Just bought a Harley Davidson from Freemans. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the initial return to my donedeal enquiry, to getting the bike I dealt with Toddy. A pure gent to deal with. The bike needed a little bit of paintwork corrected, and when it wasn’t ready for the day I was hoping to collect it, Toddy decided to deliver it to me in Cork, as he had given me his word. (I thought it was a loose, hopefully it will be ready by that day statement, but I was delighted he did).
Just today I got a message out of blue from Toddy again checking in to see if I was enjoying the bike in the sun.
Delighted with my purchase, and delighted with the service.

I have never left a review on Google before but feel this review is warranted. Customer care on the front counter of this garage does not exist, the receptionist's attitude from the minute I walked in the door was totally unacceptable. Attitude and ignorence similar to a bold teenager. I will never deal with this garage again. I can't comment on the mechanics and owners as I had no dealings with them but my advice would be to look at their front counter customer care. It needs BIG time improvement.

What can i say! Eugene, John really nice guys to deal with, actually gentleman,  salt of the earth no messing around, just bought a Honda NC750X 2018 bike off them today in fantastic condition with only 6500km on it, fully loaded with panniers, top box, engine bars hand guards etc etc. I could "NOT" be more delighted. Lads if i could give you 6 STARS I would...

I bought a bike from these lads near the end of may and can’t recommend them highly enough. This was my first bike so I didn’t really know what was looking at when buying, that didn’t matter much though they were extremely accommodating and easy to deal with. The bike has been running like clockwork since I took delivery of it. I’ll definitely be looking to buy from here again.

Recently bought Africa Twin off Eugene and John, absolute gents and a pleasure to deal with.

Great selection of motorcycles and the lads here are very nice, knowledgeable and experienced. Definitely worth a visit.
