Steel sailing yacht 45ft (project)

This is Reinke 14 Hydra sailing yacht that was built in 2005. It sailed a lot around the Baltic Sea and Mediterranean Sea for the first few years, but then it was sitting idle for the last 10 years. It could be an easy project for someone as most of the works are complete. In the past few months there was a lot of refurbishment work carried out, mainly decoration works. Most of the hull was stripped down to bare steel and a few coats of primers / paint were applied. All interior was re-vanished. Also new windows, canopy and carpet fitted. Engine was reconditioned (fuel pump, injectors, cylinders and pistons were reconditioned / replaced) and work completed 90%. Some work required to rigging (mainly ropes). Coushins need to be reupholstered. Minor electric works to be tidied up. That will get it back on the water. Few other minor bits and pieces to be done, but not compulsory.
