Leonards Motors
I recently bought my Peugeot e5008 from Leonard Motors and once again had an amazing experience. We have been dealing with Gordon at Leonard Motors for a long time now and he has always gone above and beyond to help us in every possible way. With the help of both Gordon and Deirdre the whole process always feels so easy and stress-free. Their professionalism, and genuine care for customers are outstanding. Gordon always follows up afterwards to see how we are getting on, which shows how much he truly cares. I am very happy with my car and I would recommend Leonard's Motors to everyone who is looking to buy a car.
Recently bought a 2017 Dacia duster , was dealing with Brian. Brilliant customer service. Quick and easy purchase.
We recently sent one of our company vans in for a service, a manufacturer recall, and to repair a faulty window. We had only purchased the vehicle six months before receiving the recall notice. During the recall, we were informed that the software update had failed, leaving the van undrivable for an additional week. The biggest issue, however, was my interaction with Nirmish from the service department. He called to explain that we did not want the window repaired under warranty and were happy to pay for the repair ourselves. Before I could finish explaining, I was repeatedly interrupted, spoken over, and spoken to in a raised, disrespectful tone. His attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected from any service department. I will NEVER use them again.
