I have been dealing with Gordon in Leonard's for a number of years. I took my car in for a service 2 weeks ago and the new 3008 caught my eye. Needless to say I took delivery of the new one a few days ago. Great service from all the Staff in Leonard Motors. Would highly recommend them. ( I will get someone to drop off my car in future for a service, LOL)

My wife regularly services her 2018 Peugeot with Leonard’s- when it broke down on the road recently they refused to take it in for repair off the recovery truck - the didn’t even assist with finding an alternative garage. Ended up having to bring it to Ennis (for proper customer service) and lost half a day off work- no loyalty shown by Leonards. Dreadful customer service by Leonards.

PS- Re your response below- black 182 registered 5008- if you check your e-mail outbox (11-3-25) you will see the email you sent with your service history details for the car - there is no record of the presentation of the car to the garage on the day because your team would not even discuss the car or possible onward support options available- just poor customer interest and service- happy motoring to you too.

I formally wish to complain about my experience with this garage recently. I had booked my car in on Wednesday 14th of May for the regulator to be replaced as it was under warranty. I dropped the car in on the evening before and the following day I received a call from your staff member stating that it was not under warranty due to the fact it was not serviced in a peugeot dealership. In the meantime I contacted Slatterys in Puckaun who stood over the warranty stating that as it was not a serviceable part and was electrical such a record was not appropriate . Your staff member was most rude.I wish to convey my disappointment that this firstly could not have been communicated to me prior to me dropping in the car and secondly that there was such a difference in the garages customer relations . Do not use this garage if you want effiency and good customer service
