They said they would WhatsApp me straight away so I could send some details of my car on to them. Never received the text. Rang numerous times and contacted them through two social medial platforms. Messages were read and just never replied. Terrible service

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I wouldn’t hesitate. Not only did AGG spot us by chance physically running from our van, which was revving in the middle of the road and smoke pouring out, but they pulled over, asked us for the keys, jumped in the front seat and managed to stop it from completely blowing up. They returned a few minutes later with their red tow truck and helped us manage transporting it over 200 miles, as we were not exactly close to home when this happened.

I absolutely can’t recommend these lovely people enough, they saved us from a terrifying situation today with nothing but compassion and a laugh afterwards.

Top men, definitely be doing business with Agg again. Got the job down without any hiccups. Thanks again.

Had arranged viewing for a van which has set date and time. I’d offered Deposit to hold it for 2 days which they declined said come up and see it first. Text the night before to make sure it’s still there before setting off for him to turn around and they’d taken a deposit after refusing “mine”. I’d a 70 mile drive to them so cancelled my jobs putting me out of pocket for the day to attend for them to then tell me it’s gone.

We called this place by phone to say we were interested in one of their vehicles, we were told that they'd get back to us but the phone call never materialised after us waiting in the house all day. A big failure of a business if you ask me, how they make any car sales with a "rotten stinkin" lazy attitude like this is beyond me. Get a grip on yourselves. Timewasters! 🙄👎

****BEWARE **** agreed an estimate for works with a timeline of 3/4 weeks - over two months on despite several unanswered phone calls and sporadic assurances that it would be ready in a couple of days, the car is still not ready. Came to remove the car to another garage and 60% was added to the upper end of the estimate. This is despite asking several times for a final price and we were never given an indication the work had increased significantly. Answer was that they were doing this work for us a ‘favour’. Will be pursuing this legally and also contacting trading standards.

I thought that I had bought a flail mower of this company, after chasing the salesman for over 2 days to pay for it I finally got him on day 3 to be told they had sold it to someone else, very poor service and I won't be responding to any other ads, complete waste of my time

If I could give no stars I would. This business has done nothing but waste my time and cost me money. Had a previous bad experience coming a considerable distance to see a machine which was not as described but thought I would give it one more try (as anyone can make mistakes)as they had a machine in stock which I wanted to buy. Oh boy how wrong I was about a one of mistake! Phoned regarding a machine I really wanted to purchase. The sale rep wasn't available but did phone  me back. He confirmed a price which I was very happy with. I decided to pack up for the afternoon and travel another considerable distance to see and hopefully purchase the machine. Even had the cheque book ready. My business partner whom I spoke to was a little skeptical about the price and asked me to phone back to check I had heard right. I phoned back and got the same rep I previously spoke to. I give him their sales listing reference to avoid any confusion and he confirmed the same price as previously. To cut a long story short travelled to their yard with a view to purchasing the machine there and then. Firstly the sales rep that was available didn't even know they stocked the machine. He eventually located it but stated it wasn't on their system yet, even though it was advertised on their website. He asked what we had been quoted. We replied and then he told us where the machine was and to go and have a run in it around the yard. More messing about ensued but eventually got it started. The sales rep then came out and said that the machine was not the price we were quoted. It had suddenly gone up 65%. I was absolutely dumbfounded that this business, and I used the term business  lightly, had wasted more of my time and money for nothing. The machine suddenly became idiotically  overpriced and not a single apology was forthcoming. The sales rep just turned his back and walked away. That is twice now that Alexander Mills Ltd has been dishonest and messed me about and let me assure you it will be the last as I will never set foot in their yard again and would never recommend this shambles of a business to anyone.
