Bought our motorhome from the team 2 years ago. Have our yearly habitation checks done with them too. Recently we had an issue with the habitation door and the team couldn't be more helpful. It was arranged to go in at the first available slot. We were kept informed about what was happening and got it back a few days later. Thankfully it only needed a minor fix although the door is not easily taken apart!! It's now working better than it was when we bought it! Thank you!

First motorhome purchase for us and I  cannot recommend Philip at Abbey Caravans highly enough.  Philip made our decision very easy as he knew his stuff inside and out, answered all our questions (and there was a lot) and took time to explain everything to us in detail.  Definitely worth a visit to see them if you are considering purchasing!

We recently went to view a caravan (Bailey Pursuit) and were greeted by Gareth who was more than helpful and was in no way the pushy salesman that you get in some places. This was a refreshing experience that put us at ease. After a short discussion we decided to purchase the caravan and left a deposit. When we returned to collect the caravan we again were greeted on our arrival by name which was a great touch. We were given a very comprehensive hand over of how to setup and how things worked. The whole experience was so relaxing especially as this was our first caravan and I would recommend Abbey Caravan & Leisure. We have now undertaken our first trip and are hooked. Hopefully see Gareth out and about too.

Just bought our first motorhome from these guys. Lovely people who were happy to take the time to explain and demonstrate everything. Had a good range of vans and some great prices. Helped us choose the right one for our family and then made sure we got the accessories we needed, also at a good price. Fantastic stock of parts and consumables in the shop and there's nothing Heather can't find. Thank you to Jim, Gareth, Heather and Philip for taking the time to help us pick the right van and then for a professional handover and demonstration.

Called on Saturday morning with a leisure battery issue and spoke with Heather. Brought my camper down and Heather and Gareth were great. Short notice but they managed to sort a new leisure battery for me and fit it. Great customer service from Gareth who couldn’t have been more helpful!

I bought a Toyota Hilux from James there a few weeks ago & I couldn’t be happier with the jeep & customer service! They kitted it out with everything I wanted & any issues I had they sorted out immediately. I would 100% recommend Jalex 4x4 for any commercial vehicle.

I have been here a number of times and enjoyed being able to test drive the vehicles without any pressure to buy. I was also reassured when I saw a customer returning to have the pickup that they purchased from the 4x4 team a few years ago further customised- this is always a good sign! I purchased a pickup here recently and had it customised. Friendly relaxed staff that have always more than happy to help.

I bought a Ford Ranger from James in May this year. I could not ask for better customer service and customer experience. There was a small issue with the truck after I'd bought it and the team at Jalex went out of their way to help me. Fraser could not help me enough and really made me feel like a valuable customer. I have already recommended Jalex to others, and will continue to do so. Outstanding.

Avoid. Brought a Ford Ranger and still no sign of it nearly 2 weeks later, asking for a refund. Poor communicators as well.

Gs motorcycle now we’re do I start, first and foremost staff were very helpful as I came off a 2024 Yamaha tracer 9gt plus it was to big to get my leg over so I was looking something else to get on too , then I met this lovely lady Jackie who was 100 percent sound and guess what she. Picked the motorcycle for me even the colour right down to the tee so she ordered it for me the bike was ready for me on Saturday 20th of July 2025 ,call in to collect it I walked right by it and my wife told me that’s you bike there. Recently bought a 6 year old bmw here. I thought the bike looked clean in the pictures but I was wrong. On delivery the bike was immaculate. Paperwork, history was exactly as decribed. Very helpful knowledgable staff. Everything was easy and no trouble I would highly recommend this dealership.

From start to finish Kieron has been absolutely fantastic. I was a bit tentative about buying such an expensive car without viewing but from the introductory video, constant WhatsApp updates and covered delivery service, my mind was put completely at ease. It’s not a given these days to get great service when buying expensive cars but I can honestly say I won’t be looking anywhere else if I buy a Bentley in the future. The Bentley teddy bear for my little girl was just the icing on top. Thanks Kieron and the team.

The service team are fantastic both in terms of servicing and warranty work.  They are very responsive and accommodating; and the quality of the customer service/follow up was exceptional.  I have no hesitation in recommending.  Alexandra was excellent at keeping us posted as to the status of the vehicle; and Michael took great care to ensure that we fully understood precisely what was being done and the timescales etc.  All told a refreshingly pleasant experience.

Very poor experience.
I called in with the intention of buying a Seal U. As I walked through the door, two guys were sitting as desks and I asked about the SEAL U. They pointed me towards the cars on display but didn't attempt to get up. There were other staff in the showroom but no one approached me. I found the Seal U model myself. The car was quite dirty inside, which is surprising for a showroom model at the back of the display. I was in the showroom for a good 15 mins and no one showed any interest in helping me. There was only one other couple there, so it's not that they were all busy dealing with customers. Not a good first impression.

If you buy a car here ,they will probably offer you a ceramic coat ,don't use it! The company that does this is unprofessional. They "tried" to apply ceramic coating to my new car three times and unfortunately it was unsuccessful. After an official complaint,I received a refund.Customer service could also be better. I can only thank the sales manager Michael for the positive consideration of my complaint.

Came in this evening about 5pm very eager to find out more details about their range and could not be more disappointed by this dealership and levels of any of customer service, we entered looked around cars and not once in 25 minutes did a staff member greet us, come to assist us or even ask if we were already being seen to. I do not want to bring bias into this but after what happen cannot see a reason not as we (an ethnic couple but both born here) had zero assistance or recognition of our presence the entire time and yet during this time 3 Caucasian pairs came in and were attended to instantly whether it was being greeted or asked if they wanted assistance/speak to salesperson yet we stood there with no help, we could have approached staff but when buying a car the dealership should be making the first move and trying to get the business, we thought these cars were brilliant with good deals but after this experience, we will not be giving them our business, counter this to being in Kia and we were greeted walking in the door and within the minute asked did we need assistance and told how long the wait would be

Will never step foot in your dealership again, so unhappy with the service my son got regarding the finance for his car.
David went through everything with my son and I was there too. He owed money on his other car but he told us it was being put into the new price of the car, finance went through no problem, only to be told a day before getting the car he was to pay a £9000 deposit, which was never discussed once when we were there, utter disgrace!!! He obviously didn’t have £9000 to pay as a deposit so he can’t get his car now. Think they need a bit more training regarding telling customers everything. We even spoke to the finance manager who never mentioned it either, so angry with the service!!!
