When I'm in Ireland with my Maserati, I always go to Charles Hurst for parts and service advice. Marc Whitford has been an absolute delight to work with, consistently going above and beyond to source parts and provide exceptional support whenever I need it.

During the holidays, I found myself in urgent need of assistance while Marc was on leave. Josh Saulters stepped in and delivered outstanding service, offering prompt responses, detailed advice, and ensuring everything was handled on time.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the team.

Charles Hurst Maserati Belfast serviced my car today for the first time. The entire experience from start to finish was a pleasure. Richard greeted me at the door, made me feel at home and was happy to chat while I waited for the taxi he arranged to take me on into work. Richard kept in contact throughout the day and arranged a taxi to bring me back. The process was flawless. All checks were carried out and the car was washed and vacuumed. I felt like I was driving away in a new car with a free gift under my arm. The entire experience was so good that I smiled as I paid the bill. Amazing service by an excellent team. Thank you, Sarah

What an incredible experience at Maserati Belfast! Words can't describe how well me and my parter have been treated while buying our second-hand 2018 Ghibli! Richard Montgomery is a true gentlemen and he's gone above and beyond during the process from the beginning to the end. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and hospitable. We are based in Bristol, England and Richard made the distance buying process a breeze. We've received great service and had some great conversations along the way. Thank you again Richard!

My husband and I are absolutely over the moon with our new Maserati Levant's. We were really sold the car by Richard Montgomery, Maserati Senior Salesperson.
Richard is the consummate professional. Robert and I, having bought over 40 cars in our time together, were never treated or respected like we were by Richard at Maserati . We are now thoroughly enjoying our car and we have met a true gentleman.
Richard perhaps you could share your manners and style with a lot of other salespeople.

We recently had our GranCabrio serviced at CH Maserati. Once again, a very professional and seamless process throughout.
The car had an intermittent parking sensor issue, which we agreed to have replaced after a prompt and reasonable quote. This also involved the part being painted. We were kept fully updated throughout the full process.
The car was finally dropped off to our house, freshly washed, as I was unable to drive at the time.
Many thanks to the whole servicing team, and in particular Richard and Ross.
