I recently left my car in for a service at Audi Centre Dublin and had a really positive experience. I was especially impressed by Natalia at reception!! She welcomed us in such a professional yet genuinely cheerful manner, which immediately made the whole experience feel smooth and pleasant. It’s always reassuring to be greeted by someone who is both efficient and warm! I have to admit that in the past, I didn’t always find the centre reception experience as welcoming, so this visit this time was a noticeable and very appreciated improvement.
