Audi Q3 2016 Sline

I bought my BMW from Martin at Northwest Quality Motors in April 2025 and I honestly can’t fault the service I’ve received since. During summer 2025 the car was recalled to BMW due to the driver side airbag, which was a nationwide recall affecting all BMWs, not just my car. About a month later I noticed the car was starting to lose oil, roughly around 1 litre a month. I texted Martin to explain what was happening and he immediately told me to bring the car back to him. After checking the car, it was discovered that there was a crack in one of the oil-related components, which explained why the car was using oil. Martin and his mechanic fixed this issue for me completely free of charge. By December the car started producing blue smoke from the exhaust. Despite the car being financed and out of warranty at this stage, Martin still stepped in and told me to leave the car back with him so it could be fixed. The car ended up needing a rocker cover and an oil seal, which I know would have cost a lot of money. Martin arranged for the car to be fully repaired and also serviced. He told me I only needed to pay for the parts for the service and not the labour, and I was not charged anything at all for the rocker cover or the other repair work. In total, I only paid £50 for everything, which I know cost him a lot more. I have never experienced this level of honesty, care, and customer service from a car dealer before. Most places would completely wash their hands of you once a warranty is up, but Martin went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend Northwest Quality Motors and I will definitely be returning to Martin and his business partner when I’m ready for my next car.

Just bought a car from them during the week, Martin was very friendly and easy to deal with and we are very happy with the car! UK registered car being brought in to the ROI. We would usually avoid this as it's a lot of extra work but the VRT and NCT were all taken care of by them, no hassle for us. Could not fault the service. When next buying a car we will definitely be checking in with them again!
