The cherry on top, however, is the after-sales support. The lads are always available — they pick up the phone whenever you call and are quick to sort out any issues that may arise. First of all I was told my car would take two weeks to get ready and they had it ready in one! I received my second key in the original package which was a nice touch, and I got my logbook just a week after the purchase, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. They also booked and paid for my cars nct which was a lovely extra! Pawel and Stuart were absolute gentlemen throughout the entire transaction. They were knowledgeable and attentive, but not pushy at all, which I really appreciated as a young woman in my 20s. It made the experience feel comfortable and enjoyable rather than stressful.
