Fantastic experience purchasing from Boland's Garage in Waterford. Dominik Fraczek was excellent from start to finish. Dominik was absolutely brilliant to deal with, he answered every question clearly, walked us through all of the details and went out of his way with retrieving warranty history and previous owner’s history and even delivered the car to our door after a late request. His communication was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful, he always came back with answers to requests from us. Nothing was a problem, and he never pressured us once which is unusual in this business. He's a major asset to the dealership and the main reason why we would return to Bolands again – provided Dominik is our salesman. Outstanding service, thanks Dominik. Also, thanks to Roger and the very pleasant lady at reception whose name I didn't catch.

From my first interaction with the salesmen at Bolands Citroen , Daniel and Robert, I found them to be very genuine and interested in making sure I was happy with the purchase of the car I was considering. Their friendly manner in addition to the welcoming and relaxed way they engaged was very commendable.It was a very positive experience all round and I am very satisfied with the car I bought (and the little extras), the trade in price for my old car and the professional way they went about their business.I hope to return when it's time to buy again.
