I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to wait until after my 1,000 km break-in service before sharing my experience with BMW Motorrad Cork. From start to finish, the buying experience was excellent. I bought my bike from Jer, and he was brilliant to deal with. Everything was handled over the phone, making the whole process incredibly easy and straightforward. At no point did I feel under any pressure to buy the bike, which was a refreshing change compared to another branch. A big thank you as well to Deirdre and Conor, who were both a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. When I brought the bike back for its 1,000 km service, Danielle in the service department was fantastic—friendly and professional. I also had a small cosmetic issue with the bike, and they sorted it without any hassle. Overall, I genuinely couldn’t fault BMW Motorrad Cork. Excellent customer service from sales through to aftercare, and I’d have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a new bike.
