I recently purchased a car from Colm Quinn BMW and had the pleasure of dealing with Aoife. She was absolutely amazing at her job. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The reception staff were so helpful, mannerly and courteous on any interactions we had with them. We would also like to mention Lisa, who took the time to go through all of the financial details with us clearly and patiently. She made everything easy to understand and ensured we were comfortable with every step. Thanks as well to Daniel, who kindly took the car up to Donegal for us the next day. That level of service really shows how dedicated the team is to their customers. We have dealt with Colm Quinn before but have found this experience to have surpassed our previous one.
